Yitzhak RabinRabin, Yitzhak (1922–95 ) an Israeli politician of the Labour Party, who was prime minister from 1974–1977 and again from 1992 to 1995. In 1994 he shared the Nobel Peace Prize with Shimon Peres and Yasser Arafat. He was assassinated in 1995 when he was at a public meeting for peace.
